As the first of many to come featured blogs on 'byTiny' I would like to start with

BACK Restaurante, one of my own personal favorite restaurants here in Marbella when it comes to maintaining the essence of Andalusian flavors while presenting them in a refined, contemporary manner and served in a friendly, professional way

BACK Restaurante will offer you an exquisite culinary experience, from start till end.

On the picture here above and the below one, a first glimpse of two of the several appetizers we were presented with. Flavorwise, they were the best introduction of what was to come . . .

The combination of a Michelin star, fine dining & haute cuisine suggests we will get exceptional food and service, and as you can see in my pictures: that's what we got!

The Chef is called David Oliva and his creative touch and lovely presentations contribute to a memorable dining experience. As we not only eat with our mouth, but also with our eyes!!

The focus at Back is on Andalusian cuisine, but complemented by a contemporary vision, you see a blend of tradition and innovation and the tastes of these are just great.

Just take a look at the picture of this eatable leaf: if you're a fan of refined dining and appreciate the artistry that some chefs are able to put on, this is what you dream of, isn't it?

And there's even more than all these lovely and tasty plates I am presenting you here:

the presence of a knowledgeable sommelier like Fabián Villar who ensures that your dining experience will be enhanced with perfectly paired wines, as well Andalusian as world wines.
